GETTING STARTED

LOG ON

FCSLA Life Producer Gateway can be accessed from the "Producer's Page" of the FCSLA Life website (www.fcsla.org). Simply click on the Producer Gateway link to access the login screen. On the login page you will be prompted to enter your User ID and Password.

Passwords are case sensitive, your User ID is not.

• If you have forgotten your password, call 1-800-464-4642  ext. 1029 or email us using the Contact Us link found at the top of the page.
• To change your password, go to the News tab on the left. Click where indicated.

Your Profile:

Your agent information on file with FCSLA, (i.e. name, address, phone number, and email address) are linked to your User ID at the home office. This eliminates the need for you to set up your profile. In the event that you would like your profile changed, please contact the Agent Administrator at ext. 1029.

LOG OFF

It is important to save any Clients and Cases that you may want to keep.

It is important that you log off Gateway when you are finished.

Your session will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity and you will be prompted to log back in. If this occurs, any unsaved Clients or Cases will be lost.

SUPPORT

The Home Office will host and administer access to Producer Gateway. Future enhancements and sales tools are planned additions to this site. The Home Office staff does not have the ability to modify your saved cases. If you have any questions, you may contact the Agent Administrator at 1-800-464-4642 ext. 1029.
